Pomegranate Martini



1.5 oz Vodka (make it a good one)
0.5 oz Pomegranate juice
0.5 oz Cointreau
1 oz Sour mix

Shake and strain into Martini glass


Sour Mix: 1/2 cup white cane sugar dissolved in 1/2 cup hot water (need to heat on stove to completely dissolve). Let cool and combine with 1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice and 1/4 cup lime juice. (Recommend filtering the pulp from the lemon and lime juice) Can be stored.
