This place knows how to be a pleasant background that allows you to enjoy the company of the people you’re dining with. Sabbia is their current pop-up restaurant (2016) on the rooftop with Birreria. Casual, fun. Allegedly going for a beach theme. You just have to accept that it’s a beach with a view of the Met Life tower.
