The Roger was our occasional pied-a-terre in New York when our daughter was moving to school there. After a busy day of touring Parsons, or getting moved in to a new dorm, it felt great to settle into one of the big couches in the lobby of The Roger and have a Cucumber Vesper.

1:1:1 Lillet, Gin, Cucumber Vodka and a pinch of white pepper
Shake and serve up
